Changing

I have decided to keep my temper to a minimum. Instead of exploding, I have decided to keep it in check and be a better person. This odd new resolution came about on a Friday I believe. It happened during the passing period from 4th to 5th. I'm not going into details apart from giving you the clues:
Cramped Stairwell --> Push from behind --> Racist vocabulary

I was well determined to go home, sit down, and type out a nicely worded letter to Mrs. Cooper, our principal, about the racists in my school. I waited 'till mum got home, told her about the event and she told me not to stress it. And I decided that she's right. Getting upset over these kinds of people is pointless. Why talk when you can show them. So I've decided that ignorance is currently the best policy. The racist does not like this. She has made further attempts to annoy me, including insulting me openly. It doesn't work. She's gotten quite angry and is now attempting to get me angry by ignoring me, which suits me fine. I never actually talked to her anyway.

So as it is, whenever people annoy me I simply ignore them. It brings my happiness up, brings their happiness down, and makes me a better person while dragging them one step closer to h***. :) That's my new resolution. I've been trying it out for a couple of weeks and I must admit, it's been GLORIOUS.

P.S. We did "Happy Holidays" cards for the soldiers in Iraq and I made up a new font. Or rather, learned how to use a certain special Christmassy Hallmarky font. :)

Cheers,
Ryan
